Features:

Application method
This product has good refining effect in the pretreatment process of cotton and cotton blended fabric. According to needs, it can be diluted before use.
1. Desizing application
CLINO HP-CPB：2-3g/l Amylase:3-5g/l Impregnation temperature:60-70℃
2. Batch refining
CLINO HP-CPB：1-3g/l NaOH ：2-4g/l Impregnation temperature:90-100℃
3. Continuous refining gas steaming
CLINO HP-CPB：2-4g/l NaOH ：20-40g/l Reaction temperature:100-102℃
4. Cold pad-batch
CLINO HP-CPB：2-5g/l NaOH ：50-100g/l H2O2 ：40-60g/l
Impregnation temperature:20-40℃
The specific process is based on factory samples, and can be adjusted as appropriate.
